This is one event Joel was really looking forward to attending, we even spoke about this last week (and even yesterday); however, it doesn't look like he or I will be able to come out and support you guys.

Joel is an strong believer and support of the HOW and it bums him that he can't make this one; he actually convinced me to go by telling me how great the fishing was there.

 Dan has to pull out as he has outings this weekend, but were fine if everyone brings their extra yaks that ya all said you were going to bring anyway...

It's a dreaded detail but really necessary, not only for liability, (reality on that is it's about as binding as it's weight in gold), but it is a solid account for who is there.  We had an audit this year, if it was not for the waivers, and this playground that PolePole gave us, it would have been trouble and even so was a B#@@! of a time getting it straight as some things were not done right last year at some of the events.

Good news is The Feds and the State really like what were doing and gave us the all good,

 "But get it right!!!"  was the message....

I also wish we could get a Flag done with "Mooch Strong" and fly it at all HOW events, all events...  anyone know how to get this done with the Logo?

Since Dan isn't coming, will you have enough kids PDF's?  I can still swing by WalMart and pick up a couple if you need them. 

BTW, I'll be pulling out of my place this afternoon (Thursday) and show up this evening out there. 

i'll be bringing all three kayaks, pfds and associated gear.  my mom might be coming out on sat to help out on shore and see what its all about.  i'll have to leave saturday afternoon though.

I'm bringing an extra 2 man(woman) tent, and a sleeping bag or 2...  they said to maybe sleeping in their car... still have not had a confirmation on this so we'll just prepare....

Wow. live updates from the Ranch...  As far as I know, he should be there tonight as well as Skipro...  like no skeeter thing...  baton down the hatches...

we do have 2 more women vets coming for tomorrow night and will need help setting up a tent and stuff...  It sounds like they have some camping stuff, but have not used it in a while. I'll be bringing more camping stuff in case we need it....

The two women I have spoke of who were coming tomorrow night have now backed...

 I explain the facilities, or lack there of, bugs, heat....  Their out....
