I fished from 8 am to 11am and caught my limit.  They were all planters from 11" to 12". I used a small Seps and worm at about 20 ft. Deep. I basically let out about 80 ft. of line and trolled at 1 to 2 mph.  Good luck.  I only saw 4 other boaters and three bank fishermen.  I won't be fishing this Sunday so it's all yours.   :)  Go niners.

Loved Englebrite since I was a kid.  Used to ditch the school bus and go fishing there instead. Lived across the highway in Big Oak Valley..many walks down Mooney Flat rd. ... wow ... memories.
 Thanks for reporting...

Those are the best memories!  There are a few houses overlooking the lake now, but still beautiful.  Just think how much fun you'd have had if you had a yak.

Just think how much fun you'd have had if you had a yak.

Every now and again,  We'd get a truck innertube to take.  I remember getting a frozed ass most of the times.  , unless you stayed back in the coves chasing those Warmouth.   :smt002
The best we 'd get to a Yak, was strapping oil drums to a 2x6...  :smt005

What area did you get your fish? My yak is almost done getting rigged and thinking of heading up there.

I caught fish right out of the marina and up the right side and for a 1/4 mile past the dog leg left.  I would then turn around and fish the same area coming back.  I don't have a fish finder so I don't know if I would have caught fish farther up or not.  I hope to have a FF by next week.  Let us know how you do.

Thanks Bob for the info. I think Inglebrite will be a great Maiden Voyage for my Pro Angler.
