That is good news.  I was up there last weekend, and there was confusion over the names of the places. The Pensus folks,  from Arizona, have renamed all the old places and none seem to be operational.

I am encouraged that the feds are asking locals to have an input in the designing and
reestablishing the places on Knoxville Road.   It's a good sign that they are asking the locals.   I personally think Berryessa should be kept as natural as possible.  I used to go there more often than I do now, just because there  is a party atmosphere that surrounds the lake from springtime through summer.   Many times I have wanted to have a bazooka when a pb with mega speakers gets on the lake.

I would hate to see Berryessa turn into a Tahoe "esque" landscape with limited access
and fees up the wazoo.
