So tempting.  I have the GL2 version of that rod, and it's a great all around rod for much of the fishing we do, from salmon to stripers to light duty rockfishing to even perch fishing.

 I built the 15-30# GL2 version back in 2006. Haven't really used it much. Too many rods I guess.

How might this rod make it to Santa Cruz?

The 1021 should be 10-20#.  I think the 1025 is 15-30.
