How old are the Zoom Trick Worms and are they open?

Everything is still available, couple people have shown intersted but noone has come by yet. The zoom trick worms are anywhere between one and two years old. They are all brand new and hold 20 worms to a pack. I only opened them to make sure I didnt use any of them.
