I looked up the harbormaster's office to discover that the hours of operation are 09:00am - 05:00pm.

If PBers (sport and commercial) and sailboaters etc, don't have to go to the harbormasters office, then they are  baring a specific group from a resource during it's appropriate and relevant hours of use. This is a form of bias or bigotry

Booooooooooo!   Petition signed and working on letter right now.  Only used this harbor once, but would like to use it again sometime, minus the fees.

The h'master usually has two guys working the ramp well before the posted hours of operation.  One collecting money and one driving a shuttle to the second lot.

Signed!!!!!!!!!!! It would have cost me a fortune the amount of times I launched from the Kayak docks this year.

 It would be crazy that they are charging people $10 per launch and also yearly parking passes. Kayakers/SUPPERs/Sailboaters must be made out of money.

  Ditto !       I wrote and mentioned the loss of revenue local business will miss out on as well.    I'd rather drive to Monterey  if I had to pay 10 dollars each time.

Ridiculous money grubbers.
I always spend money in the local shops when I go there,ice,snacks, tackle.
Put a 10 dollar fee on the dock ill just go somewhere else and spend my money. I'm sure others feel the same way.
   I think it's a good idea to mass at the boat ramp and pay fee there just in protest.
