When I install the thru-hull transducer on my Trident 13 do I put marine epoxy where the transducer goes up against the hull then fill the hole where the threaded shaft comes up?

I would choose to use something other than an epoxy.  Epoxy will heat up as it cures, possibly damaging the hull.  Silicon, or something simular is a better choice.  Not as permanant either.   Another option is "Wet bath" (Try a search for more information regarding this option)this option will allow the transducer to operate without the possibility of air pockets beneath the transducer. (Which will affect sonar operation)  Duct seal, or foam block with water over the trasnducer.
Threaded shaft?  Don't quite understand what your refering to with your last question.  Can you elaborate?

or maybe it's a scupper transducer??
in that case I would not seal/glue anything.

Here is what I have.  Do I just install it dry with no sealant?
Sorry i'm no help but where does that mount?Looks like a scupper kit but that thing would stick out a mile and get ripped off.If its in the hull wheres the shaft mount?

The OK Tridents have a molded transducer scupper.

Mike, the transducer is made for my kayak, it has the transducer scupper. I just want to know if I should use any sealant or just put it on dry.

I just installed my Lowrance so by looking at this kit it looks like it should go in the bottom, thread wire up thru the hole and attach to the FF. I would not use any glue or sealer. My Lowrance sticks out 1/2" and Im not happy with that. How far down does this one hang below the surface of the hull?

There ya go...  :smt002

Dont use any thing to seal the hole, let the scupper do what it should...albiet slower... by putting some dots of Goop to keep the transducer from sealing the hole.  Like below pic.

It should not stick out the bottom surface of the Trident with the right side footwell scupper made specifically for this transducer.

disclaimer: not my pic , nor my Idea.

Here are the pics of thru-hull transducer mounted on my T-11.
I believe as same as T-13 but before you install, make sure you still have enough leg room (I have very short legs so no problem).
Hope this will help.

I put mine in tonight and it looks just like that. Where did you get the piece that goes over the hole where the wires go. I want one of those.
