officially found the best way to cook dungies (from my taste buds : ) ) steamed with a mix of 1 ipa beer- 1 1/2 " water and vinigar and of course some salt and old bay. God that was good. Also anyone else getting a parasite or two in the main cavity of the dungy? i got a couple but i dont mind as i cook them thoroughly and pluck em out.

Sounds good (except the parasites).
This should probably go in the Recipes section.
