I'll probably be at Doran on Saturday....but I'll be crabbing, not fishing.

@Rock Hopper: Thanks for response. If my wife were not highly reactive to shell fish, I would be crabbing, too. Hope you have a good day out there.

Ya, be careful if you do go out. Even the local forecast for the Sonoma Coast looks snotty:

Saturday: NW wind 10 to 15 kt. Mostly sunny. Mixed swell...WNW 3 ft and SSW 2 ft. Wind waves 1 ft building to 4 ft.

iWindsurf is calling for light winds 'til about noon, then that's when the 10-15's should kick in.

Thanks again, RH. Those conditions are enough to keep me ashore. I would have checked before going out as well. I appreciate the caution, Brother.

Dustin,
I'll probably be going out to Doran also. I'm going much deeper this time tho. Last time I was out there, I found good looking brown water. I'm probably going to troll around for any stragling salmon while I soak. Bringing my AI and depthfinder and rods this time too.

I just dropped my traps and the outer harbor was pretty nice.  Perfect wind for beginner AI.  Hope to see some NCKA out there tomorrow.  Red AI on a blue prius.  Definitely try to hook up as I'm going out on a PB earlier and won't be able to service my traps alone.

Good lucks at Doran guys.  Last week they got better lucks in deeper water between 40-50ft.  Hope they come in closer this week.  We'll try our lucks at HMB tomorrow.
