About f***ing time!!!!! Finally a win for civil liberties and a big middle finger for the bloated police state the feds are trying to create. Yeah!!!

Good, maybe all these environmentally toxic grows here in California will move operations to Colorado.

 

MY wife and I have always talked about retiring in Colorado, maybe it is time to move!!

Careful folks it's still against federal law. Lets go fish and see what happens. January 1st we might still be able to buy our fishing licenses...

Doesn't Federal Law supercede State Law?

Controlled Substances ActThe Controlled Substances Act is the primary law that established the federal government's position on marijuana.
