Doran Beach before and after!!! 10/30-11/6

Steve and a few hit up TC the other day and "Got Some" and gifted us an AB that was very, very TASTY...Thanks Brother!!!

Back to yesterday...and Otb's haul best of the last few days!!!

Great report, with all those pics, I felt like I was there!!!

 

   and a side note the camps next to us this morning were left with a LOT of trash in bags just stacked around...camp hosts were not happy and the ranger said he was going to write a ticket for it...I told him we really try to keep things ship shape so if your camping pack your trash to the large container next to the restrooms... little embarrassing when asked do I "KNOW" them and my responce is "yes" we always try to do more than needed...but some how some few forgot.........   So lets not do it in the future...pack it in...Pack it out!!!

Getting ready to go on the inside and spot crabs with a light and see if we can get some that way.............getting close to our limits just a few more to round it out...if that dosn't pan out I got an over nighter ready for first light!!!

I do take a lot of pics and post um up it's part of the fun catching people OTW doing what we do is a blast...thanks...

Al and I wandered out and were checking the shallow waters for crabs...didn't see to many but a variity of different things from shrimp to skat's? or little ray of some type...than went on the outside hoping to do what I did last nite...wasn't happing but it was fun going out and coming back in, In the Dark

  lots of little dungys and rocks...and females with eggs that went back in to make...

Nice pic of the Thornback ray! its a type of skate with no stinger and nonvenomous thorns along its back and face. Man you guys make me want to go out crabbing might have to this weekend!

That was us! I asked the man in the county park truck were I should put the two bags and he said they would pick em up so I dont know who was blowing smoke up your ass.

I dunno but that blue kayak with the trolling motor looks like he is either overloaded or about to sumbmerge.  Very little freeboard from the looks of the pic.
