Fishing for salmon using roe on this stretch.  Any tips or location off 32 would help?

Most of the salmon holdups are to the north of 32, but be prepared for speeding jetboats heading up to the Crane hole.  It can get pretty busy in that area.  I haven't fished there for a few years now.  I used to fish going out of a place called Ord Bend.  It is south of Hamilton City on Hwy 45 about 5 minutes.  It has less traffic, and I remember a decent hole being just downriver from the bridge.  If that doesn't look good to you just keep heading down Hwy 45 (which goes to Colusa), you are bound to see some nice looking hole from the road.

Wish I wasn't involved with the kid's Halloween party and getting ready for the crab opener, or I'd meet you out there.
