Wow some thread jack! Lemme pile on it! I was sceptical about that recent study showing that the excessive methane gas cloud hovering over the feed lots and Coalinga was damaging human tissue, but now....

I've enjoyed the Giants success this year. If the Giants didn't make it and the A's did, I'd root for 'em. I've enjoyed a great rivalry with my A's supporting friends-most of em will support (alright, begrudgingly!) the Giants now their team is out of it. I know some east coast transplants that would NEVER do that kind of thing  though.

Man, I love NorCal. BTW, Dodgers suck, really.

Interesting... Living up here in the FAR north bay, I wasn't sure A's fans actually existed.  You learn something new every day.

there are,,,,,,and we remember our 3 Championships in a row and one over your Giants....count them= that's FOUR!  no splashdown gimick homers, just pure baseball.

Exactly... for a team with so much success one would expect to see more fans here and there, besides the 20 or so that show up for A's home games.

Way to turn a congratulations to your team post, into a fuck my team post.

You cant have pure baseball with a DH. Dude everyone knows that. I love the A's. I love the Giants. I was born in SF. i love the Giants more. And now that the scumbag Bonds is history. Im really back as a fan. If they hire him to coach. Ill buy A's season tickets.

To me, the A's winning the AL West Division crown was better and more exciting than what's happening with the WS.

The title says it all for me.
I am however happy that many of the NCKA are having something to chear about.

Sorta like the A's fans treated the A's     I'm a Giants fan but root for all Bay Area teams but one of the Best teams and defiantly the most exciting only drew 1.7 million while the Giants drew 3.3 million. Probably got most of the 1.7 at end of the season most of the year the Coliseum was a Ghost Town. Talk about band wagon.

AS far as Zito goes he is getting 14 million a year he should be taking criticism when he doesn't preform.

That's why there good as gone. As a giants fan I think it sucks. I love the cross bay shit talking. And I hope they stay.
