Sonoma Slam is in a couple days! come down and have some fun! Small event and lots of prizes!! Sponsored by Lost Coast Brewery for the after party! Every entry gets a ticket in for the drawing on dec 8th!Weather is looking great!

Just posting a quick reply. I just got back from Sonoma and need to pack for my hospital visit tomorrow. The tournament went great!! Salty won again and Jeff gave him a close run! The bite was a little slow but the weather was very nice! The wind kicked up but waited till late in the day!

Salty got top score and biggest fish!
Jeff Brewer got second place

Everyone that was in the tournament left with at least one prize!They will also be in the drawing for the Ocean Kayak in December!

I will post the pics and more info tomorrow after I am done at the VA hospital.

Here's my big fish for the tourney. This is the second largest lmb I've caught on Sonoma since I started fishing it five years ago. Was quite a thrill to catch during the tourney & my first bite & fish caught for the day!

Here's a pic of the boat in campsites & a nice smallie I caught. I ended up catching a five fish limit of bass plus two trout for the win. Was great to fish with my bro William102, Rob, Pete, Greg, Jeff & all of the other kayak anglers who showed for the day. It got pretty hot towards the end of the tourney from 1 to 3pm but after we finished & started the award ceremony a stiff breeze kicked up & that combined with the beer donated by Lost Coast Brewery cooled us down & we had a good time chilling out & cooking up some tri-tip & dogs. The parking lot, day use bbq area, & beach were jam packed with people partying it up & it was a good time for everybody who came to fish. Thanks again to Greg & Pacific Outfitters!
