went to bed with cramps/bad knee peddled to FAR yesterday...550 FOW is bout 3-3.5 miles out and peddled like 10 miles...need that RAPTOR with a motor...my old age/old injury's are getting to me...or that 15 mile peddle I did with Rob...  Pain it's whats for breakfest   So looking out at the Strait and decided to give my knee a rest... Going to go off the caves west of marina and Get Some this afternoon...but need Ibue's to kick in

Got PBers chking on me (there's a fleet of them) couple of them I've made friends with...they can't believe I go out in a yak...if they only new how fun it was...talking with one group yesterday...guy had gotten a tandem inflatable and was loving his time OTW with his wife...
