re: Questions.
to clarify where entry $ is going.

the remaining entry $$ over the payout at this event is going into a pot to be used for a prizes and a Jackson Kayak to be given away at the December 9 Port event.  no manufacturer is giving away boats this late in the year so if I want to get one for the grand prize, I need to pay for it, even if it is at wholesale I am still looking at about $500 for this.

I am not making any $ on this event and am spending my own $$ on food as well as materials and prizes for third place and the trash award.

if we have more people at these events the pot will be bigger, but this late in the season its been very hard to get sponsor donations, especially with a new event.  We are VERY VERY LUCKY that Headwaters Kayak Shop is putting up so much for this event, or it would still only be a sad pipe dream.

Thanks you Headwaters!!!

for those that went to Berryessa, to insure that event under FreshKATS, I am still out of pocket $272.51  I am not using these event to cover that or make up the difference, I just love kayaking and fishing.

Picked up some great prizes from Headwaters and bass pro this morning for the Top 3 anglers and the person who picks up the most trash while out.

Pics later this afternoon.

Tont has been helping with the graphics (doing all the work) and we revised the tournament and t-shirt graphics last night in order to reflect the whole tournament.  Thanks for your patience as we work through these growing pains ;)

shirt orders go to the printer at 9:30 this morning.

Just for clarification there is at least one largemouth bass in Folsom lake. I get to officiate my daugher's swim meet this weekend or I'd join you. Word is all the bass are deep (20-40') off humps and rocky points. If you head towards Doton's point, there's some good structure at those depth with the current water level. I'd have a 3/4 oz. football jig in brown/green pumpkin, a drop shotted morning dawn roboworm, a carolina rigged baby brush hog, and a jigging spoon rigged as the water temps should drop a tad with this low pressure system coming tomorrow.

Good luck to everyone and tight lines~!

SWEET fish!  That would go a long way towards winning this paddle on Sunday ;)
Have a good time with your daughter, the fish will be there later :)
I guess I was wrong, for some reason I never get largemouth there  :smt012

Possibility.... Might be able... Still in the air, but the air is blowing in the general direction of Folsom lake :smt005 :smt044 :smt044 :smt002
my new name should be Ostridge. Got my head in the sand. Going fishing and letting go of the other stuff I can't control anyway!
