The Bodega Bay Lodge is the closest to Doran but is really expensive (over $300/night). The Inn at the Tides is a mile or 2 from Doran and will run about $180/night. The Yelp reviews were mixed though. The Bodega Harbor Inn is 3-4 miles from Doran, runs $110-150/night and better Yelp reviews than the tides. No swimming pool though but is dog friendly.http://www.bodegaharborinn.com They rent houses which are reasonable if you split it with another family. maybe you can bring your neighbor Yakuza with you. He can swim around and guard our pots while we are sailing.
