Rigging Tarpon 130T

Has anyone here rigged up a Tarpon 130T for a fishing setup. I picked up a couple Scotty pole holders but I am reluctant to go drilling holes until I know where to put them.

I want to mount one behind me in the rear seat but I cannot find a large enough flat spot to mount it except
In the tank well. I have been hitting the napa river for some trolling but it would be nice to get these mounts in place to make it a lot easier.

Any other 130 owners have ideas?
