I got frustrated with the mesh on the side pockets always catching hooks, and almost ripping the mesh to remove them. I removed them and sprayed them with sevearl coats of "plasti-dip spray" to eliminate the problem of hooks getting caught in the mesh. Worked like a charm.

Where do I get this spray? I'm assuming you can find it at Home Depot?

got mine at Lowes. Real handy stuff to have around. You can rubber coat anything with it.

Sweet. Thanks. Do you know the name of the brand by any chance?

I've glued some rare earth magnets in a few strategic locations on my PA.  These magnets are about the size of a quarter.  When I bring in my lure, I swing it near a magnet and viola!!  The lure is secure and out of harm's way.

Chucke, a pic wouldn't show anything differernt. It just seals all the webbing in the mesh that hangs up the barbs on the hooks. Sorta turns it into one of those rubber landing nets. I've thought about spraying a Promar net with it too, for the same qualities. They are nortorious for hanging your hooks. Again the brand is "Plasti-Dip" I like the idea of the magnets. Where did you pick up the strong magnets?

Nice...I like that idea. I hate it when the line is all tip wrapped.
