Count me in on this!

I'll be bringing a couple of friends as well. We are new to kayak fishing and would like to know what the event is like. When it starts, how long it lasts, is it a potluck where everyone brings food to share, I'm just not sure and would like some more info.

Big thanks to Mr. Matt for the tackle tips and directions in an earlier post :smt002

Looking forward to meeting the crew,
Dave

My biggest worry is that my wife(when I'm dead)will sell my fishing gear for what I said I paid for it

I would love to join you (if the USPS doesn't screw up my weekend).  I have been fishing black bass for the last 6 years but never salmon.  I HOPE to be picking up my new Tarpon 120 on Friday and shake it down at Discovery Park that day.  Is it to much of a challenge to do my first ever salmon trip the very next day.  I will be a total newby and I don't want to be a drag for ya'll.

Not @discovery... Howe river access ramp area we dont usually go down that far. Foot bridge and a bit up towards watt only. There are some rapids down stream and shallows upstream... there are some curents to deal with. Go lite and be ready to swim if you get in trouble :smt005 come on out. You can laugh at us too :smt044
my new name should be Ostridge. Got my head in the sand. Going fishing and letting go of the other stuff I can't control anyway!
