I let the DW take my Hobie PA for a spin and now she wants a mirage drive kayak.  After talking to Bunny a couple weeks ago, I think this is a smart place to at least start.

If anyone has a Hobie Sport,  I'm interested...

Call CCK while your at it....they've always done right by me. When I got my Revo they let me test peddle every hobie they had including inflateables, free of charge.

I bought my PA from CCK.  One thing I've learned is that Hobie don't give no discounts.  At over $1600 for a new Sport, I figured I would need to get used in order to find something for DW.  If not, then I'll pick one up for Christmas for her when I've saved a bit more for it.

Sport mainly because of it's overall weight for my wife to handle.

However, I will call both recommendations, explain what I'm needing and see what they can do to help.

Thanks for the suggestions!!

Thanks again.  My bet is they'll be closed tomorrow, but I'll call anyway.

I would let her demo a outback and a sport to see which she likes best, My son and I liked the OB over the sport as the OB was more stable.

I have an old Hobie Sport that I'm going to sell.    I brought it off Craigslist a few years ago an only used it once.   It is a little beat up. It is not the one that looks like a small Outback.  Pm me if you are interested.  $850.
