Good news for a change.

Right on, my man. Glad to hear you got it!!

I have tried to have a viable business in the painting trades, certified, licensed, bonded, the whole nine yards but the economy has made this ridiculously unrealistic so I have been looking for a company to work for and boy howdy I found a great job with a great company. I'll be a foreman on large ultra high end painting projects locally, and traveling for some jobs as well. We have the contracts for Restoration Hardware, we do the stain, finishing and all the faux finishing on all of them. We make their paint as well. Starting Thursday up in the Oakland hills and it's about time cause I've been broker than three MFs lately.

Congratulations on the new job.  Just curious what your specialized trade is?  I am also in the arts in my profession. Do a lot of decorative interiors. Mostly original work  and some restoration.

Very happy for ya buddy! On another positive note, my house needs painting this next year, so after tax return, you need to come visit, and we can hit the delta and foothill lakes, and you have a wall to sign in the mancave mister!
