Got the okay to do this trip a couple of months ago and it's in the last stages of the planning.  Will meet up with my Brother In Law in Colorado where he has made up an agenda of lakes we will be fishing.
My question is fishing areas from the Bay to Colorado. Where is the most productive fishing from here to Colorado? Looking for advice for anything outside of California that maybe worth hitting. Will be taking my fly fishing gear as well as my regular lake gear with two Kayaks. Leaving the 9th and hooking up with Paul in Colorado around the 15th.
Any feedback would be appreciated. Will cut across Hwy 70 from Salt Lake. Thanks Frankfishing
