Can someone tell me what hotel, cabin or houses are available in the Albion area. I have a friend going and he and his wife have a young child and want to stay in a room of some type.

Anybody have room in a campsite for me, a pickup and a small tent?

Check Homeaway.com.  There were a couple of places listed that are located at the mouth of the Navarro River, which should make them a short drive from the Albion campground.  I was going to rent one myself but ended up getting the "one and only" cottage at the campground.  As I recall, they were reasonably priced and the location is about as close as you can get.  The other option would be one of the many Bed and Breakfast places, just north of the campground but I think they are pretty pricey.  I stayed at a motel in Fort Bragg last year but that's about a half hour drive and the prices weren't all that great.
