Just putting it out there. If anyone has a wetsuit that has a zipper problem and would like to have it fixed. Drop it off tomorrow or Saturday am, I'm in Santa Rosa just off the 101 at Steele lane. I can have it ready for pickup on Sunday. I'll be here tomorrow from 4am till 6pm and on Saturday 8-2.
Ya it's a real b_tch owning your own business.

Can you install a relief zipper in a suit?  I've done 2 for myself (about 6 inches placed just like in a pair of pants)  It's not overly difficult but most people might be reluctant to try it.  It's a big deal having one or not.

Just a thought that might grow your business is you offered it as a service.

Jwin it's normally good form to post a few reports or at least introduce yourself before getting free advertising and plugging your Business. I moved your post to classified which is normally for members to sell their personnel stuff not looking to make a profit. A lot of members could probably use you services are you giving us a discout in return for the free advertising or do you offer something unique that a dive shop doesn't provide? Do you own a Kayak?

I can if they want them glued in, I own dry cleaning companies that only have sewing machines for clothing. I have been repairing zippers for local dive shops and wanted to offer fellow members going to Albion a chance to have their suits and gear fixed on the fly cheaper than some of their shops. Most zipper problems are the stops or pulls have broken, I have the parts and can replace them easily. Expanding into a full blown wet suit business would only give Mr Brown revenue. Like I said, it's out there if anyone is interested. I'm at the shop Monday thru Saturday just call, text or stop in 1214 west Steele. Good luck at the tournament.

Sorry for not introducing myself, but I have posted before not a lot and yes I own a kayak. I fish and scuba out of it. I've never been to any of the formal meets but I have met a few of the members. I am offering to everyone here a discount and am willing to work with them on the logistics.

That's because I'm not here to just rip off everyone. I am a member first have been for a while. Lurking through out the day, every day, sheet, maybe that's why I'm not making any money.
