GB2, count me in.  I'll be out a bit later but will track you and your dog down and present you with a soggy 10 spot.

In the game of biggest fish, if you can't enjoy routinely gettin' your ass handed to you, by great fishermen, then you don't belong in the NCKA.

You can pay me OTW before you start fishing if you want to compete. I will be in a yellow Adventure with one outrigger with a golden retriever and American flag. Kind of hard to miss.  :smt005 We will be somewhere northwest of the red buoy. Will be on 69. I will fishing with PatR Sunday. CG station, 530AM launch.

Scott

Scott,
Can I do the same coz I'll be launching at CG Station? I'll just look for you and hand you the money.
Danny

Danny -

I know it is easier to launch the AI from the CG station, but if you want to compete, you have launch from MBK. The reason is that this is really about Joel and Marv and PIF and not fishing and the paddle in is  a big part of the event. I have really great sand wheels you can use if you don't have any.

Going Fishing?
Winds from the south, hook in
    the mouth.
Wind from the east, bite the least.
Wind from the north, further off.
Wind from the west, bite the

So circle hooks are a must!?!?! Is it possible to turn the point on an octopus hook towards the shank and make it into a circle hook? or does it need to be manufactured a circle hook to count?!?!?!

Barbless circle hooks for mooching only. By the time you grind off the barb and roll the point in, the hook will probably break.
