Ok, I'm in for sure now with the family.  Also lassoed a co-worker into attending with his family, they're renting from MBK.

I'm in. Gonna come down and chill and watch everyone paddle, maybe rent one and stay close to shore with my n00bness. 
I'll catch some perch for us to BBQ

I invited my golfing buddies to come after their tournament at Poppy Hills.  About 18 of them.  Told them that if they buy at least 1 raffle ticket they would not have to pay me for the bbq/drinks I'm providing for them.

Thanks for the offer! I sent you a PM, but needless to say I'm equipment-less and still doing my homework (and saving up $$).

I will bring you a paddle, PFD. All you need is Baitmans yak. There will be a bunch of us on the water, so safety is a smaller concern than normal. Let me know.

I have a spare radio and a wetsuit, paddling top, pfd, and paddling pants if needed.  I'm xl in most things.

I'll take ya up on the wetsuit, thanks Morgan. I have my own rash guards (used to do jiujitsu). And I need to motivate myself to go out and buy a radio regardless - so I think I will.
