Independence Day: WNW wind 7 to 10 kt. Patchy fog before 11am. Mixed swell...WNW 5 ft and S 1 ft. Wind waves around 1 ft.

Thats exactly what I saw. Will keep an eye on it, though.  If the parkung is full at TC then it's  FR for me.

Question.. How come there different buoy wx reports on 13? Im seeing 15-25knots winds, and on others its 6-10 mph???? Kiel looked it up and 6-10???  We'll be otw as early as possible.
