Any interest in sailing?  If so, there's the San Francisco Bay's Summer Sailstice Festival this Saturday, June 23rd at the Encinal Yacht Club.  Hobie is one of the official sponsors of this sailing celebration and California Canoe & Kayak will exhibit a booth showcasing the Hobie Adventure Island and Tandem Island.  I'll be at their booth.

1-4pm  Oracle Racing Yacht will arrive and be on display from 1-4pm.

3-4pm  Learn to Sail Seminar

11am-8pm  There will be a number of bands on stage and in the lounge providing entertainment

sorry, working the store and guiding a salmon trip from the AI this weekend. With more notice I could probably help out with an event or two.

Can't do it this Saturday.  To bad I did not hear about this sooner.  Sounds like a fun festival.  Watch out for those big sailboats if you are in a kayak.

Was planning on it but the wife was supposed to land at SFO later in the day...now it's at noon. If she had not been gone three weeks  I would tell her to take the bus... :smt011
