What time of day are we thinkin?

As of 8pm friday according to NOAA:

Sunday:  NW wind 6 to 10 kt. Patchy fog before 11am. Mixed swell...NW 1 ft and WSW 1 ft. Wind waves around 1 ft.

Sunday Night: NNW wind around 10 kt. Partly cloudy. Mixed swell...WNW 1 to 4 ft and WSW 1 ft. Wind waves around 1 ft.

Memorial Day: NW wind 10 to 15 kt. Mostly sunny. Mixed swell...WNW 4 to 5 ft and SW 1 ft. Wind waves 1 to 2 ft.

Sunday looks to be the ticket... Do you guys mind babysitting a salt virgin?  I have a hobie outback, and I'm very comfortable in it... just never been in the ocean with it.  I can do sunday unless something unexpected comes up.

I certainly don't mind you tagging along. I'm leaving Santa Rosa at 5:30 on Sunday. Should be up there by 7:15. I'm leaning towards Russian Gulch, since I've never been there.

I love RG if you can get around to the north of the cove there's killer cave systems

Personally I'm going after Bass/crappie out of Lakeport on mon...  Going to get my salt on nxt Friday!!!  But Dustin if you  Hook a 28" cabbie with a jig still in it's mouth I want my jig back

When I launch at RG, many times I paddle south to the Mendocino headlands.  It's a long paddle, but fisheee! Follow the red line.   Good luck you guys.

I'm still looking at Sunday. I make up my mind in the morning after hearing the bouy conditions.

yep...have fun...right out front in bout 65FOW was killer few yrs ago...small fish traps in watermelon ruled the day!!!
