A.R.W. Roll Call (F.W. Yakhopper Series) Directions Added

I need something clarified concerning catch, photo, release. If I do somehow catch a butt, and would like to keep it. Will that butt be disqualified? I dont mind q&r but halis are great eats and they are darn elusive too!

I am now thinking CPR on a butt might make this event very fun for any spectators watching on the wall.

Personally, I release most fish from the bay, however, there isn't a species I would rather not CPR on a kayak for safety reasons. If I do get lucky, it will be dead on a clip when I take the picture.

Call ahead to reserve shiners! Leave someone with your stuff... Don't mess around in Oakland. Bring cash and stay away from banks and ATM's

DAMMIT!!!!  An event in my own backyard and I can't make it.   

Planned a camp trip a long while back with my kids.  I'll make plans for the next one up at Silver,...where I gotta drive 43 hours!!

Either does anyone else but it's FUN  and FW gives a ton of Swag just for being OTW   MartsianFish dosn't count he can look out his window and tell if it's fishable   Must be nice.....

I'll be last minute. Have to work out a day trade at work to get that day off. Either way i will be there after work to check u guys out if i aint fishing it.

Doing a little research.  Read an old post about auto burgs (window smash break-ins) at the ARW parking lot. 

Question for anyone... Can we anticipate that there will be some folks hanging around in or near the parking area while we're slaying the butts?  Any word on if this problem is still out of control there?   

DC, I've fished ARW since i was a young boy. Never had a problem parking. I'm not saying it can't happen but you WILL be in Alameda, and that small lil town have the highest officers per capita in the nation(at least it feels like it) with very low crimes and they have nothing better to do but give out traffic tickets! Just do yourself a favor and lock all your doors, keep your windows closed, and not have any valuables in sight.
BTW yak, count me in. I have the 10th off now.
