After licking my wounds from BSS2, had to get right back out on the water.  Caught a nice bass on my first cast.  The water at Oroville has come up some more, the water clarity is really good and the lake is starting to warm up.  The bass are coming into the shallows and the fishing should only pick up more in the next few weeks.

We caught the majority of our bass using a chartreuse with flakes Gary Yamamoto senko worm rigged weightless wacky style.

Nice bass there. By any chance you fished for coho too? That's where Daniel and I caught our limits in a short period of time.

Nope.  I haven't had a chance to fish for the Coho yet, but I plan on getting back out in the next few days a giving it a shot.  My buddy caught one the other day while bass fishing.  From the sounds of it, those fish will hit about anything.  Most people up here seem to use the hoochies behind a dodger and troll the main body of the lake.

What part of the lake did you get your quick limits?
