Ooooo... That lake haunts me. I've been up there like 4 times last year... no Mendo love at ALL. Not even a scratched bait. Never even witnessed the so called "Mendo" boils. I'm determined to catch something this time around.

I really want to go, but I'm worried it might ruin my currently perfect lifetime Mendo striper stat....  (how many times I've caught a legal striper at Lake Mendocino relative to how many times I've been to Lake Mendocino to fish for stripers).

Currently, I'm 0 for 5 at Mendo.

guys....don't worry about the fishing....it's the great food and the awesome camaraderie that draws me to these events 

....oh, and the money we raise will always go to a good cause

Oh yeah I forgot, camaraderie!  Speaking of camaraderie, I lots a ton of WAF at last year's Bendo@Mendo thanks to your little "trick apron".  Evidently, she now worries about all my "internet fishing friends".
