Important info;
I talked with Sandra and she asked me to relay some important info for those who will be attending this event.
This is a copy of the e-mail she has sent to me;

Hi Eric,

Thanks for the email and the flyer.  I did not see any schedule of the events, times, etc. on the flyer.  Per our conversation this morning the the tournament starts Sunday at 7:00 AM and finishes at 1:00PM.  At 1:00 PM in the grassy area of the beach area will be the weigh in and a hot-dog BBQ.  You will be bring a propane BBQ.  If it is raining you are welcome to use the Clubhouse to eat.

The event will be completed and everyone will be leaving no later than 4:00 PM on Sunday.

The member that requested sites #58 and #59 is XXXXXXXXXXX contact info:

XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
XXXXXXXXXXXXX

I noticed you posted a note for him on the web site.  Please call/email him today and cc us at business@edgewaterresort.net
so that we know he has been notified that these two sites must be vacated no later than 12:00 Noon on Sunday for incoming
guests.

I, Sandra,  will open the office on Sunday morning at 6:00 AM.  Please advise all day use folks not to arrive prior to 6:00AM.  They must check-in the office upon arrival to register, pay day use fees (if they have not already paid by making a reservation for day use), make a REFUNDABLE key deposit of $10 for the restroom/showers,  receive car passes and assigned parking spaces for the day.  The $10 restroom/shower key deposit is refunded at check-out when they return the key.

I noticed the flyer says "FREE TO ALL ANGLERS"....Please post  asap that members that do not have overnight reservations at the Edgewater Resort, that there is a "Day Use" Fee of $10.00 per person + a refundable key deposit of $10 for the restroom/shower key.

If they are staying at other accommodations, other than the Edgewater Resort  and/or arriving on Sunday then we would like them to call 707-279-0208  to make their reservation for "Day Use".

All members staying overnight at the Edgewater Resort are comped the day use for Sunday with a check-out no later that 4:00 PM.

I know this may seem like a lot of information, but it is important for them to know this information so there a no surprises when they arrive.

Yeah, if Edgewater is not opening until 6AM and the tourney starts at 7AM, I highly recommend for people just arriving for the day to make day-use reservations.  With setting up a kayak, finding Eric to turn in the waiver, and taking care of business in their office (of which I imagine Sandra will be swomped if she's flying solo), you may not get on the water until 8AM or later.

Big thumbs up for offering the clubhouse for the after party shindig!  Thanks Sandra.

Any one from the Bay Area avail to help Darius get to this event????
I would really appreciate it as this event would never happened if it were not for Darius's generosity in helping me get started in C.L.. He is willing to share the expenses of travel if that helps.
If you are able to help, please respond to this thread;

^ Don't think so, but not 100% sure.  Feel like kayaks are exempt.  Don't you know, they are incapable of transporting mussels.  :smt002  :smt003

3. Henderson dive suit 2 piece - 3XL

 And a few misc reels, tackle, rods, (mostly in like new condition) and whatever else I can find to unload.
