I'm tenatively diving that day waiting for confirmation from a dive buddy.

Are you diving the low tide? I believe that it is a late afternoon low tide.

I am diving on the 1st... I need abalone in my house like now... said my wife.

Where are you planning on diving Chaeki?

I am going to be in Monterey with the wife. I am trying to give the wife extra time in the low season 

Whatever time u guys get there is fine for me. R u guys shore diving or from your yaks?

Good question.. will have to wait till its closer to the day to get a forecast reading.  If the day is good, will probably hit a nicer spot than my usually SWN, Timber.  Primarily shore dive for myself.

Ill be shore diving on the first and or second of april up in mendocino if any one wants to carpool. Its a great spot but kinda hard to find unless some one shows you. Its a good spot in iffy WX too.

I'll join in on the 7th and 8th, also pretty new to diving but have been rockpicking for years.

I'm mulling over going on the first, but the long range forecast doesn't look so hot at this point.

I'll be shore diving as well. I guess the weather will be the deciding factor.

DFG regs state Fort Ross Reef is closed April & May. 
Make sure you stay out of the closed area.

I wasn't planning on diving that area but thanks for the reminder. I always make sure to keep abreast of DFGs ever changing regs.

Don't want to ruin a great day of diving with a fat fine.
