Would one have to go to the Headwaters shop in person to pick up the wheels once they arrive?  Im VERY intersted but live in Santa Cruz and dont really want to drive that far to pick them up.

If there are 20 or more that purchase shipping will be included to anybody in CA.

Just want to be clear, is it free shipping to "anybody in CA"  (1 person) or "everybody in CA" that on the list (20+ persons)?
