I used to catch big cats there and tons of 'dads when I was younger.  Lately, we haven't been able to even get enough 'dads to make it worth carrying the trap in.

There used to be some monster crawdads in there, like lobsters.
My cousins and I would freedive for them about a mile up from the nimbus dam on the steep rocky shorelines. Haven't seen a big one in a couple years, the smaller ones still seem to be around, but have to go a bit deeper to find them.
