Well as everyone already said...awesomeness all around weather, company, fishing?

I had the honor of letting an army Vet lead me around the water for a few hours. she wanted to just cruise around and check out the scenery and wildlife, there was tons of it at this lake and i had never been there before, again pure awesomeness. i was not even bothered by not fishing nor having my revo commandeered it was all great.

Great job guys this was an event for the record books. I was very proud of everyone and felt deep emotion for everyone doing so much for these vets. When i left the service took me 3 years to find NCKA and THIS BAND OF BROTHERS. I'm glad that for many Vets the there are sooooo many people willing to give back in the way everyone did at this event.

Anyway i only took a few pictures do to being overwhelmed by the infectious happy attitude that my Vet brought with her.
Where did he go george

Pretty overwhelming! The number of things that could have gone wrong but didn't! Almost perfect is MHO, if Don and Rob could have had their vehicles behave, Glen could have stayed, Eric kept his Behemoth, and I not lost my Vet Jerry. Eric, your the Man! I know you probably would have nailed that Bad Boy if you would have slipped it on your game clip. Thanks for giving it too Jerry. I let Jerry paddle my Tarpon 13T and he must have been comfortable in it because the last time I saw him he was between Guitarzan and Rob and as soon as I turned around GONE! Finally track him down a little later. Everyone involved performed like CHAMPS. The Park is an awesome venue and the staff even better. I so look forward to going there again. So many new NCKA participants! Spashdown, I'm bummed we did not get introduced,  Does my heart proud to be associated with all you guys. Don, you are getting pretty damn good at this. Kudos my friend. You and Rob deserved better then the auto curse you received. The rest of the How-NCKA-OG's Everyone rocked the event!

Sorry I missed this event due to out-of-state business travel.  Can't wait to be back home for some yak fishing.  Congrats everyone for a job well done.

I forgot to thank our vets for their contributions and sacrifices. What we do is nothing compared to what you have already done. God bless you all and I hope to see you on the water again. We will always be there for you.

Can't say enough to all those who helped out....

I would be here all night individually thanking everyone for their individual efforts and group effort in making this happen...

Really amazing when you start to disect it and see just how much everyone is giving and the work that goes into making something like this happen...

But I really do have to put out a special thanks to my HOW Board team of

Frankfishing
Kayakjack
Racinrob
Raydon
Bigfoot

You guys have really stepped up and have taken a ton off my shoulders...

It's always like a sprint to get to the day of the event, and when that day comes... there are so many details in my head and the unexpected situations that arise day of event...

and you guys really took care of the multitasking of the multiple things that needed to be done at the same time...

It really worked!!!

And Again, Can't say enough about EBMUD and how easy they made this to happen.

They were completely cooperative from the start and were Excellent host ...

The Rocky Mountain Concession people were pretty fantastic too and were even going to lend us more kayaks if we needed them...

I really like these people and looking forward to visiting San Pablo Reservoir more...

have a whole new respect for that lake...

Thanks Again and looking towards the 2 week in May for the Warrior Transition Unit Muster....

This is going to be a big one with active duty wounded warriors from the 4 western states...

 stay tuned and

  Thanks Again     :smt006
