SAND CRAB CLASSIC PERCH DERBY

NCKA has always had a good representation at the the Derby.  This year is the 8th Annual, banquet and ceremony at Portuguese Hall again.

Tons of fabulous prizes, trophies, super deals on the silent auction items.

Hosted by me and Mike Baxter and The Let's Go Fishing Radio Show.  All proceeds go to support the Monterey Bay Salmon and Trout project, which operates a salmon and steelhead hatchery, and works to improve habitat and population rebuilding.

Was just reading a Baxter article on Perch fishing where he mentioned it was coming up soon.  Maybe i'll be able to make it this year!

this is dry rv camping only... no place for tents... and dont know how they feel about car campers.....

Love to see you Ben!  You coulod fish the coast down to Santa Cruz.....Pacifica, Montara, Pescadaro, Bean, 4-Mile, DPort.....Big blacks and striped perch.  They love the GULP sand worms or chunks of shrimp.

And everyone else of course who can make it.  it really is a blast.

just found out my g-daughter has surgury the day before... might have to miss out this derby...

anybody wanna buy my RV campsites for that Saturday? right on the beach at Seacliff SB.... if not, will have to cancel them too...
