Victor Vwool had the article he wrote about Crabfest picked up by Kayak Angler Mag. A big picture of Hobie Dave was on the home page. Nice write up and the Editor gives good props to NCKA.

The Crabfest was an awesome event, hosted by two of Nor Cal's best. Much kudos to Victor and Dan. I'll sign their autograph book and serve them margaritas.

I don't want to be a downer, but I'm still a little surprised to see no mention of NCKA or NorCalKayakAnglers.com in the actual article.

Chuck I am sorry that's my fault. I had added a thank you to NCKA, Lodi paddle Club, and headwaters adventure company. I sent the document before saving the part where I thanked the groups. I should have checked to make sure it was the up to date version.

That picture really caught my eye when I first saw it on the NCKA report.  To be the one chosen for the online magazine just confirmed it.  I knew a star was being born.
