That is a perfect spot to have an NCKA island. Close to the freeway, short paddle From Paradise Point, great fishing all around. I say we put together a scouting missions and paddle out there.

The whole island??? A Lot of developed areas. How much of it can we use for camping? Big area!!!! If we can camp all over the thing  WOW! I'm in! Got cash. Rich, no reason to go it by yourself unless you got cash burnin a hole

soooo, actually contacted the guy. Same as last time I checked. $900 a year lease. Island is swampy and basically not usable unless you put everything on stilts. He is selling his lease and improvements only... will still cost $900 to $1100 a year STOP CALL ME BEFORE PROCEEDING Talked to island owner and she may have better one for us on Island... Currently (today) sending pay or Quit notices on several improved units... Might get one for cheep on the repo! Her # if you want to call her (3 owner family trust) 530-521-6959 Debra. Said she would call me when repo/forfeit  started/given....
