NorCal Kayak Wars Team 2012

Been Planning on looking into getting a group together as well.

Keep me in the loop saw that you guys tried last year but not much competition.

Our team could be in the first place if my other 2 partners post their catches.

It seems like any angler in AOTY would want to be in Kayak wars.It makes every fish count for points in KW regardless if it's an AOTY upgrade or not. I'm in. Anyone else? I can't travel enough for AOTY, but I'm down to organize a team. NCKA ......'s

We had a team there last year but my "partners" abandoned me! 

That would be me.     Sorry, Sonny - it was a circumstantial thing...  The scene around my exit from AOTY was enough to make me abandon KW, and I never heard anything from anyone on the team after early in the year, so I figured it wasn't very active.  I did try to enter some rockfish in the summer, but something about my camera date fouled it up and I found that I hadn't figured in time for something where I never heard from anyone and had a hard time entering a catch.  It's a cop out for sure, and I regret not committing myself to it more.  Good luck this year to those who do it, and Sorry, Bro, for leaving you hanging - call any time to apply essential chew-out techniques and I'll accept them as deserved and valuable to my own well being.

That's all I needed really. I believe the war starts 2/14. We have the first 5 members including myself. I'll start the team when able and list any details before then here::

2012 registration hasnt started yet. http://extremecoast.com  is the official forum for KW this year. Many questions can be answered there. Each member has to register Individually then designate the team name to join once we officially start it. Anymore questions feel free to ask.  I'll get the ball Rollin and let Yall know when more is required. Thx

The resolution is not that important to them.  You can set your camera resolution as low as 640x480 if you want.  What they want is the date and time impeded in the picture to check for authenticity (not photoshoped).

Spots filling up fast. I'm open to starting two teams if there is a need. Our friends up NWKA do the same. Incidentally they are also our greatest competitor in our division. Im looking for teamembers that kayak fish twice a month!! Let's  Do This!!!!
