Not much to report. Mike and I paddled way out, little over 100' deep. No bait to speak of. Trolled a little, no dice. Mike caught a few sand dabs to pay for the trip. I paddled in and dove the big point out near the west end. Spooky but excellent terrain. Shot at a huge momma ling; probably good that I missed 'cause the cave was so deep she probably would have locked up with my shaft.
Paddled to the little point, 10 minutes diving and one 7# male ling, perfect for me. Mike dove the point too, spooked a couple. Checked the sand on the way in; nobody home yet. Excellent water considering it's only been calm a couple days.

Rich,

It was nice seeing you yesterday. I was really hoping you would find a few early Salmon to report.  I hope we get a chance to paddle for some salmon together.
