Planning on camping, but have never been to lupine shores.  Which is the easiest way if towing a trailer?  Recommendations for potable water fill up nearby would be appreciated.

Nate

Nate, there are really no good places to get water around berryessa. The best way is Hwy 80 to 505 Hwy to 128. the second best way is Hwy 80 to Suisun Valley Rd in Fairfield to 121. I will be towing a 26' trailer and this is the way I take all the time. DO NOT GO THE NAPA WAY, too many turns uphill.
And don't forget to get water before you leave.
See you Sunday.

I second this, the easiest way is to go through Winters, but if you must, 128 is OK  :)

See you all there, I think I am in spot 17...  with a rather pregnant wife  :smt004  yeah baby!!!

This is going to be my first 'vacation' in a really long time... thanks again for making such a cool thing come together. As a result of this event - please welcome my father & brother to the NCKA family - this kayak thing is pretty contagious! Give a shout out to the Drill Sgt, "Oneshot" & "monkeymcsimian"... we're headed to Berryessa Friday afternoon to figure out the lake & spend some quality outdoor/male-bonding/tequila drinking fun-ness. Hopefully we'll have it all figured out by Sunday morning... we're looking forward to meeting a lot of you folks up there :)

I forgot that Derik's birthday party is on Sunday, so I'm probably just coming up to party on Saturday, or maybe even camp Friday night.

I started kayak fishing to get away from most of you...

Don't get overly excited... I originally had those sites and changed once I saw them. They are not as easily accessible to the launch ramp as in the layout; but good news is, you are still on the party side of the campgrounds!!!
