GS6 - 5/12/12 - Another Year in the Books - Thank you to all who participated

- Etienne and I met on the original Gimme Shelter hookup - we tried for crabs and fished for salmon in March on a cold ocean with snow on King's Peak.  Along with Sonny / Sailfish, Pat / Sin Coast, Hawk / Swellrider, and Chris / MBYakker, we paddled in formation trolling anchovies, Crocodiles, and other salmon gear but we came up with scarcely more than a couple of strikes in miles of trolling.  The spirit of the trip was in the energy we shared and Good Times were had as we rockfished from shore and hung at their camp. 

Meeting up with my original GS brothers is always special, and I felt the need to call sackyack tonight to remind him of the great time we have created at GS and how I want to meet him there again. 

Thank you, Etienne, for your immediate response - that level of friendship and good times is what Gimme Shelter is all about.   I look forward to seeing you, and would welcome you on our team as a founding member of the tournament.

I'll say it again.  Looking at the thread going on at NWKA, we have at least 6 coming down to play.  Possibly a few more.
So, we could certainly use a local to work with.

Can someone tell me how to signup and where to send $, Iam shure it is somewhere on this thread ,but thats alot of reading. LOL. I plan on heading out early friday.
