I also just called the campground and made a reservation for me and Chris New from Wednesday through Sunday...

FYI Eric, when I asked about the campground area that was being blocked off for kayakers she said that they would block it off from Friday through Sunday....and that you would be coordinating it?

I said, ok, but I'm getting there early...so I reserved a spot (in the kayaking area, back along the fence) for wednesday and thursday and then should just be able to stay in the same spot through the rest of the weekend.

 

Is it May yet?????

Thanks for the heads-up, Jim - I'll call and let them know that I'm not coordinating it!  I'm of the opinion that the campground should actually do their business themselves, but I'll try to be diplomatic and positive about telling them that my involvement will be minimal.  If anyone chooses to be a campground-tournament liaison I'd be glad to appoint you and turn over the reigns on all things campground.

Yeah, I thought it didn't sound right....it was Sara who I spoke to at the campground...she was super nice though!
