Leaving within an hour for bait and some groceries before heading up.  Will arrive this evening and plan to evaluate conditions in the morning before making a plan for Thursday.  Friday and Sat are looking nice.

I've been in NYC for a week now with 2 parents fresh out of the hospital.  I was hoping to get back in time to make Shelter Cove (and Michelle's B-Day Friday) but it just ain't in the cards.
I want to thank AbKing for the opportunity to show-off The RTM Abaco 4.20, Tiny for hauling it north and wish all of you a safe weekend and the best of times.

PS   I need to cancel a 2 night stay at the Oceanfront Inn for Friday and Saturday, Anybody need a room? Just let me know.  I think the rate was under $100 per night.

Would it be possible to get just the Saturday night? Gotta drive back to WA on Sunday and it'd be nice to sleep in a room before driving.

Between 40ft -60ft so bring 100ft rope just in case

missed it last year,  its not happening again, heading out before noon tomorrow.

OK I think I have an assortment of everything for the rockfish and salmon  BUT the one thing I dont' have is bait for mooching.  FW in Sacto was out of chovies.  They had sardines but I passed.  I still have another day before I head up.  What frozen bait should I bring?  They also had two more double deep sixes if anyone really needs one. Let me know I think I can sneak in another run up there if need be.
