Van Damme weekender

The swell and regs kept me from fishing from the boat, and shore fishing is a drag(!) unless you like to clear kelp of your rig every 5 seconds, but we managed a few kayak outings- thru caves and stuff. Sunday was calm enouph to dive and I limited out on some 7 1/2 inchers, small but oh well... gave one to my friend who reserved the site.
Also speared my first fish, a 13 inch greenling, its cooking up as I type...yummm
All in all we had a GREAT camping trip- not much fishing but it sure beats pounding nails.
Im up for moss now, with some seasoned company if possible. Ben
