I like salt and pepper with lime. My favorite would be to dip it in the crab "butter"!

Damn.... All of the dipping sauce recipes posted so far sounds delicious.  I'm going to try 'em all the next time I get a haul of dungies.

Here's a simple Pilipino garlic vinegar sauce that I grew up with...

1 cup of white vinegar
3 cloves of crushed garlic
1 teaspoon of salt and a pinch of pepper

Wish I knew what was in the Thai chili pepper sauce that we stir fried these Dungies in.  I think there was lemon grass, cilantro, lime juice, garlic, some kind of onion, and maybe some fish sauce.  It was provided by another friend and we used it as the flavor adder for the crab.  Steam was provided by Rogue Chipotle Ale.

This was so good, the two of us (myself and Bluewrx02) slammed the eight crab in about 20-30 minutes!  This picture was the first batch of four of the crab.  Nice and spicy and my new favorite way to prepare fresh crab.
