not to get off course as your build is the roll for now

but as far as how plating redoing bolts etc comes out I've seen the pics and reviews of guys with older Kawasakis back east doing the whole bucket of stuff and they came out great..I'll see if I can get a link to the thread up here it has pics and first hand how to /where to and cost for those right coasters...reference point for us correct coasters...did a couple of searches on my kz site and will try again later

My build is far from the roll.  Just sharing as I go along to help us all thru winter.  Love to hear what you find out about the east coast plating.

Dropped off another car load of parts earlier today for Powder Coating & to my suprise, the lot I dropped off last Thursday was already done!  Whot-whot  Looks like I have some work to do tonight.

The lack of available parts for this model series of early Honda has lead me to take on the task of creating custom tools & now some custom machined parts.  Some parts are completely gone & limited to what NOS stock exists in places like Thailand & local home shop parts bins.  Lucked out & found a few misc. parts on eBay as the build has progressed.  It's actually been somewhat of a blessing in disguise though.  Took to my CAD skills & decided to start "mass-production" of some parts & tools for sale.  Testing the first round of parts in the next week before I launch the first batch for sale to others like me doing restorations on these awesome little bikes.

Wishin' it wsas raining so I'd feel better about spending my time doing this bike restoration rather than fishing!

If anyone needs a Kreem tank kit, holler at me. I have one laying around I did not use, and it needs a good home.

Last time I posted about a 1970 Honda CT90 I restored.

Since then, I got a pair, the twins I call them and restored those as well.  They are 1974's. Here is a link to the finished product with a teaser photo to boot;

I think it's amazing how something so old can come back to life!  They both started first kick and run great!

There are a lot of groups of bikes up and down big sur HWY 1 lately...I try to make out the bikes from where I work ...twins are easy through the trees a ways away...others not so much...

Big show coming up here soon at the quail...folks should do a ride in

I got in on the two day ticket this year......ride around the area and then lunch at the corkscrew and a few fast vintage bike laps on the track, later that night an awards dinner and then the show the next day...ride is full now...but the show is always open and a blast...tons of folks ride in and even display their bikes ,very fan friendly event

I got one sitting in the shed a few miles from where south HWY 1 opens up...let me know if anyone wants to take it for a few hours and get lost...it's just sitting there mostly..no big deal as long as you got a motorcycle license
